Waterborne allergens primarily attack the skin though there are instances that waterborne allergens may cause skin allergy.
The very common foods that can cause food allergy are seafoods, chicken, egg, milk, etc. The primary symptom that can be observed in a person allergic to a certain food is the itchiness of the skin. When a person sees rashes in his skin after eating a certain food, he may be allergic to it.
Drinking a glass of water with sugar dissolved in it may help reduce the rashes and itchiness caused by food allergy. To be sure, a person experiencing food allergy should consult a doctor for further prescription and advice.
